5. Charity & Donations

A portion of the proceeds from sales on this website is voluntarily donated by the proprietor, Irshad Alam, to relief causes. While we strive to be transparent about our charitable activities, the purchase of goods on this website is a commercial transaction and does not constitute a direct tax-deductible donation by the customer under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Irshad Alam and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Saran, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to the use of this website or products purchased shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Saran, Bihar.
