Ji Haan (Yes). 100% of funds for Zakat-specified campaigns (Ramzan Relief, Iran Aid, Orphan Fund) are utilised strictly per Shariah guidelines. Zakat funds are kept in a completely separate ledger from Sadqa funds.

3. How are funds sent to restricted areas like Iran?
Due to banking sanctions, we do not wire cash directly. Instead, funds are used locally to procure life-saving supplies, winter tents, and medicines. These goods are shipped via established humanitarian channels such as the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
4. How do I know my money actually reached beneficiaries?
Every donor who provides a WhatsApp number receives photo updates and ground reports within 30 days of donation. Our monthly impact reports are also published on our website. Full accountability — always.
5. Can I donate on behalf of a deceased family member?
Yes — donating Sadqa on behalf of a deceased person is a beautiful and recommended act. After donating, WhatsApp us the name of the person and we will include them in our collective du'a. May Allah accept it and grant them Jannah. 🤲
6. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Charitable donations are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds are immediately allocated. However, in case of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please visit our Refund Policy page or contact us within 24 hours.
