2. Zakat Compliance

Funds explicitly marked as "Zakat" are maintained in separate ledgers. We guarantee that 100% of these specific funds are utilized strictly following Shariah guidelines for Zakat disbursement (e.g., Ramzan ration for the poor, medical aid for the destitute).

3. Logistics and Fund Utilization (International Aid)

To ensure total compliance with international banking and logistical restrictions (specifically concerning crisis zones like Iran), the Foundation employs a direct-procurement model:

• Donations collected are not wired as cash to restricted territories.
• Instead, funds are utilized locally within India to procure life-saving supplies, winter tents, and rebuilding materials.
• These physical goods are then lawfully shipped to the affected populations via recognized humanitarian channels, such as the Iranian Red Crescent Society.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Islamic Relief Center Ameen Foundation, its affiliates, and operational partners against any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
