Refund & Cancellation Policy

Islamic Relief Center Ameen Foundation operates on a strictly non-profit, charitable basis. Every donation we receive is immediately allocated toward ongoing relief projects, ground operations, and the procurement of urgent supplies.

1. General Policy

As a standard policy, all donations made to the Foundation are considered final, complete, and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is swiftly moved into active humanitarian deployment.

2. Exceptions for Technical Errors

We understand that technical glitches can occur. We will process a refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

• Double Deduction: If your account was charged twice for a single transaction due to a network timeout or gateway error.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If it is proven that a donation was made fraudulently using your payment instrument without your consent.

3. How to Request a Technical Refund

If you face a technical error, you must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. Please contact our support team with your Transaction ID / Receipt Number, Date of Donation, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Upon verification with our payment gateway, valid refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
